How long does the process take?+
The average time from checkout to your order entering the mail is 48–72 hours. The biggest factor is how many design edits are requested before final approval. Flyer orders enter production within 24 hours after design approval.
Is there a minimum order?+
Yes. EDDM starts at 1 mailing route. Targeted Direct Mail starts at 200 mailboxes. Flyers start at 1,000 pieces.
Can I reorder a previous order?+
Yes. Every completed MailDude order stays connected to your free MailDude account, making it easy to place another order later without starting from scratch.
Design
What if I don't have a design?+
No problem. Every MailDude order includes free custom design. Just upload your logo, photos, business information, and anything else you'd like included—we'll build the design for you.
Can I upload my own design?+
Absolutely. If you already have artwork, simply upload it with your order and we'll prepare it for production and send you a proof before anything is printed.
How many design revisions do I get?+
Unlimited. Every MailDude order includes unlimited design edits. Nothing goes into production until you approve your final design.
Direct Mail
Do I need my own mailing list?+
Not for EDDM. Every Door Direct Mail is delivered to every mailbox on the routes you choose. For Targeted Direct Mail, we'll build the mailing list for you based on the audience you want to reach.
Do you service my area?+
Yes. MailDude services all 50 states. If USPS delivers mail to your area, we can too.
Can I target specific neighborhoods or customers?+
Yes. With EDDM, you choose the carrier routes you want to mail. With Targeted Direct Mail, we can help build a mailing list based on location and other targeting criteria to reach the audience you're looking for.
